Big Feed Club makes it easy to order groceries in Newfoundland.
We offer three delivery options determined by your location:- Door-to-Door Delivery (our cooler trucks) in the North East Avalon Region.
- Door-to-Door Delivery (3rd party partners) in select areas.
- 22 Pick-Up Locations (Dropped off by DRL Coachlines) across the island.
Membership is free, and we pay fair wages while offsetting our carbon emissions.
Simply choose your items, click the cart icon to checkout, and pick a delivery date. The minimum order is $100.
Most delivery costs are included in the product prices, which may vary.
There’s an additional 1.5% charge for taxes and fees on the service.
For deliveries outside the North East Avalon, prices are higher to cover costs like packaging, insulation, labor, insurance, warhousing, and third-party couriers/distributers.
Depending on your volume, we can offer discounts to participating restaurants. Contact us below and we will be happy to work with you :)
We currently source our products from Costco, Wholesale Club, local farms, and other big box partners.
Prices change often when living on an island! We can only offer delivery dates up to two weeks in advance at this time.
We offer delivery 7-days a week on the North East Avalon and through our partnership with DRL Coachlines at 21 drop off locations across the island. Delivery through our other various partnerships vary. At checkout, you can select a date that works best for you.
Your order will be left on your porch or front step.
We take extreme care to ensure that your chilled or frozen goods arrive the way that they should.
In the North East Avalon region, delivery is completed using our temperature controlled delivery vans.
Outside of the North East Avalon, chilled and frozen goods are packaged with phase change icepacks and bundeled in insulated packaging to ensure chilled goods stay chilled and frozen goods stay frozen!
Yes! We're always expanding our product range, and we welcome your suggestions.
We’ll refund you for any unavailable items within 48 hours of your scheduled delivery.
Absolutely! Just add more items to your cart and check out as usual. The $100 minimum will be waived.
The cut-off for adding to your order will be 11:30 PM the night before your delivery on the North East Avalon OR 11:30 PM two days before your scheduled DRL Coachlines pick-up/partner delivery.
You can choose a DRL Coachlines location for pick-up. Orders need to be placed at least two days in advance. Perishable items are sourced the day before to ensure freshness.
If your item is damaged or unsatisfactory, please contact us, and we’ll make it right.
Availability can change frequently, so quantities may vary. Costco usually offers the best prices for these items.
Deliveries may be packed alongside items like nuts and fish, so we can’t guarantee no cross-contact.
Product packaging and design may change. We will select the closest available item to what you ordered.
We may substitute with a similar product if available. If no suitable alternative exists, we won’t substitute.
DRL Coachlines has a 98% on-time record, and items will arrive based on the DRL schedule.
Please try to pick up your items from your designated DRL Coachlines pick-up location when the bus is scheduled to arrive.
Many of the pick-up locations are small businesses themselves, and they would appreciate it if you collected your packages promptly.

There isn’t a “one size fits all” solution depending on the area of the province in which you live.
